What we collect
When you request the sample close pack, we collect your name, work email address, company name and whether you are an accounting firm or a business. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that conversation.
Why we use it
We use it to send you the sample, to follow up once about our services, and to reply to any questions you ask us. We do not sell or rent your details.
Who processes it for us
FormSubmit delivers form entries to our inbox. Calendly handles call scheduling, and WhatsApp handles chat messages, each under its own privacy policy. Our fonts are served from this website, and this site sets no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep lead details for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop any follow-up, by emailing admin@cloudaccountings.in.
Client accounting records
Client records are handled under a signed mutual NDA and, where required, a data-processing agreement. We work inside the client's own accounting systems and do not store client files on our machines.
