Client data handled like
it's under audit.

You're trusting us with your clients' financial lives. Here is precisely how that trust is protected — no vague promises, just our working rules.

Our five working rules

The confidentiality protocol on every engagement.

1. NDA before access — always

No file is opened, no login shared, until a non-disclosure agreement is signed. We'll sign yours, or provide ours. Per-client confidentiality addendums available for sensitive engagements.

🖥

2. Work stays inside your systems

We work directly in your QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or portal. Data is not downloaded, exported, or copied to our machines without your written approval — and never to personal devices.

👤

3. Named, least-privilege access

You receive the names of every team member on your account. Access is scoped to only the files they work on, and revoked in writing the day an engagement ends.

🔑

4. Credential discipline

We use the access method you prefer — accountant-user invites, view-scoped logins, or password managers. Credentials are never shared over email or stored in plain text.

🗂

5. Clean exit guarantee

When an engagement ends: access is removed, any approved working copies are deleted, and you receive written confirmation. Your data doesn't linger.

What we deliberately don't claim

We won't badge-wash this page with certifications we don't hold. What we promise is exactly what we do — and every promise here can be written into your engagement letter and enforced.

Your questions, answered straight

Security FAQ.

Where is the work physically performed?
At our office in Ratlam, India, by our own employed staff — not subcontractors, not freelancers. Work-from-home exceptions require client-approved secured setups.
Can you work under our firm's security policy?
Yes. Many firms have their own data-handling requirements — we adopt yours as the engagement standard and confirm it in writing.
What about US client privacy obligations?
As your outsourced service provider, we operate under your engagement terms and confidentiality obligations. The NDA and access rules above are designed so you can meet your professional obligations (including outsourcing disclosure requirements, where they apply) with a clear paper trail.
Who is liable if something goes wrong?
Our engagement letter spells out responsibilities plainly, and everything on this page can be made contractual. We'd rather lose a prospect than blur this — clarity is the point.
